What are the starting order volumes?

Indicative MOQ is 500-1,200 pieces, subject to the model, materials, colour and artwork. Custom components or fabric minimums may require larger quantities. Confirm the minimum and price in the order quotation.

How long do sample and bulk production take?

Indicative planning ranges are 7-10 business days for samples and 25-35 days for bulk production. These are not guaranteed delivery dates: confirm the schedule for your model, materials, artwork, sample approval, testing and available capacity. Freight and customs time are additional. For seasonal orders, build a schedule backwards from the required arrival date.

What vector formats and printing techniques are available?

Please submit artwork in .AI, .PDF, or .EPS vector formats. We offer silk screen printing (for solid logos), digital sublimation printing (for gradients/full-canopy art), and heat transfer printing. We also support custom logo tags, branded sleeves, and retail boxes.

What inspections are conducted during production?

AQL 2.5 is an acceptance-quality parameter, not a product certification or a complete inspection plan. Where it is specified, agree the sampling standard, lot size, inspection level, defect classes and acceptance/rejection numbers before production. See ISO 2859-1 sampling procedures. Product checks cover canopy water performance, stitching, frame alignment and opening/closing operation; cycle counts, methods and acceptance criteria must be confirmed for the selected model. Importer-appointed third-party inspections are welcome.

What are the import duty codes and freight options?

HS 6601.10 covers garden or similar umbrellas. For other umbrellas, HS 6601.91 covers those with a telescopic shaft and HS 6601.99 covers other types. Confirm classification and the full destination-specific code for the actual product with the importer or customs broker.

Confirm packaging and the applicable trade term, named place or port, costs and responsibilities in the quotation. FOB, CIF and DDP are trade terms, not transport methods.
